Project Management for KingAbdullah Petroleum Studies and Research Center (K.A.P.S.A.R.C.) Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Residential and Community zone. Direct responsibility for central community complex. Including supermarket, dinning hall, library, three mixed use multistory apartment buildings, bowling ally, gymnasium, fitness center, indoor Olympic pool and spa, Retail stores, and public spaces. In addition I am also responsible for developing a comprehensive furniture and artwork procurement plan for the project's Residential Zone, and concept development of VIP visitor center as well concept design for the Operations and Maintenance Building facade.
